A scannable identity on every asset — for almost nothing

One scan replaces the handwriting nobody can read. QR gives every returnable asset a scannable identity for near-zero cost — scanned by your team at production, wash and dispatch, or by the customer on receipt. Available today, zero capex, and where every deployment starts: identify the fleet first, then let the analysis tell you which of those assets earn a GPS on top.

QR identity

Identity is the foundation everything else is built on

You can't recover, count, bill or declare an asset you can't reliably identify. QR is the cheapest way to give every returnable — IBCs, stillages, crates, drums, roll containers — a unique, scannable identity that any phone can read, with no battery, no cellular fee, and no rollout project.

It's the Day-1 layer: put a QR on the whole fleet for almost nothing, and the platform can now track each unit's history from the first scan. Then the analysis reads that history — plus your ERP export — and tells you exactly which of those identified assets are worth a GPS or, later, a BLE.

Identity first; sensors only where they pay.

What QR replaces

The end of the container nobody can identify

Illegible handwriting

Hand-written IDs nobody can read become one clean scan.

The "which one is this?" call

Anyone can identify an asset in a second, from their own phone.

The manual container list

The spreadsheet nobody keeps current is replaced by scans that log themselves.

Blind receipt

The customer scans on arrival — so you know it landed, without a sensor.

Onboarding friction

No app to install, no hardware to fit — a printed code is the whole setup.

Across the journey

Every scan is a free data point

Production

Give the asset its identity the moment it exists.

Wash & maintenance

Log cleaning and condition against the exact unit.

Dispatch

Record what left, when, and to whom.

Customer on receipt

The counterparty scans on arrival — confirming custody, and adding a data point you didn't pay for.

The Day-1 starting point

Start with QR. Add sensors only where the analysis proves they pay

QR gets the whole fleet identified for almost nothing. From there, the analysis — run on your own data — separates the assets that quietly cost you the most from the ones that are fine as-is. The chronic non-returners earn a GPS. The yard-bound ones will earn a BLE when it ships. The rest stay on QR alone, and that's the right answer for them.

That's the whole logic of the platform in one line: identify everything cheaply, instrument selectively, and let the euros decide the mix — never a device catalogue, never the whole fleet on faith.

Not sure which you need?

In most projects they complement each other, and the analysis tells you the mix. Our team helps you define it from your asset types, environment and where your money is actually leaking — not from a device catalogue.

What are your returnable assets really costing you?

Probably more than you think. A 20-minute conversation and we'll show you — with the numbers for your sector.
