NOTICE
These terms supplement (do not replace) the Platform Terms of Use (Annex D) and the Privacy Policy, for the mobile app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Clause 1. App licence
Vitum grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices the user owns or controls, per these terms and the store rules.
Clause 2. Relationship with the stores (Apple/Google)
The agreement is between the user and Vitum, not Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the app or its support.
Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms. The user represents it is not in an embargoed country or on restricted-party lists.
Clause 3. Device permissions
The app may request permissions (location, camera for QR/RFID scanning, notifications). The user can manage them on the device; some are required for functionality.
Clause 4. Updates
Vitum may release updates; some may be required to keep using the app.
Clause 5. Support and governing law
Support: [email protected]. Spanish law; the Spanish version prevails.
